5. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to this policy in full.

• Store credit is final: Once accepted, store credit cannot be refunded or exchanged again
• Exchanges are final: Once accepted, exchanges cannot be refunded or exchanged again
• Contact us first: All disputes must be resolved through our customer service team before filing chargebacks
• Response commitment: We resolve 95% of issues within 24 hours
