Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love every scent you experience with CA Perfume. If things don’t go as expected, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered with a hassle-free, self-serve return process that ensures you get the best fragrance experience possible.

1. How to Process a Return or Exchange
We’ve made returns quick and easy with our self-serve return portal. Just login to your customer account, click your order details, and follow the steps.

✔ We only accept returns within the USA.
✔ Store credit is automatically applied to your CA Perfume account after processing.
✔ Exchanges cannot be replaced or refunded again once accepted.
✔ Store credit cannot be refunded once used.
✔ Need help? Not sure if your item is eligible? Email us at hello@caperfume.com with your order number and a photo of the product, and we’ll be happy to assist!

2. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
We take extra care in packing orders, but if your fragrance arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right!

✔ Report the issue within 7 days of delivery via our self-serve return portal.
✔ Upload clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
✔ We’ll send you a replacement or store credit—whichever works best for you.

3. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your order says delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend:
✔ Checking with neighbors or your local carrier.
✔ Waiting a day, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
✔ If it’s still missing, submit a claim within 5 days of the marked delivery date through our self-serve return portal, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

4. Changed Your Mind? Not Your Scent?
Fragrance is personal, and we get that! If a scent isn’t for you, here’s what we can do:

✔ Unopened and unused fragrances can be returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery via our self-serve return portal.
✔ Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
✔ Not sure about a scent? Try our travel-size options before committing to a full-size bottle.

5. Store Credit & Refunds
✔ Store Credit: We issue store credit directly to your CA Perfume account, which never expires—perfect for trying a different scent!
✔ All eligible returns are processed as store credit.
✔ Exchanges cannot be replaced or refunded again once accepted.
✔ Store credit cannot be refunded once used.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable.
✔ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.

6. Return Eligibility – Keep It Fresh!
✔ Fragrances must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
✔ Packaging must be intact (including outer boxes and caps).
✔ If returning, bottles must contain at least 95% of the original liquid.

💡 Important: CA Perfume is not responsible for return packages that get lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We recommend keeping proof of postage and tracking info when sending your return.
